The Aluminum Burrito, cetainly an odd name for a trophy. But considering how many burritos i've lost to my friend in Buffalo Kentucky it does have a root to it. One weekend while running a collator I was getting bored so I took a scrap hemi piston and mounted it on a 2 x 6. Figured it would make our outtings more interesting if our respective clans had something to race for and give bragging rights to whichever team won it. 

There were rules written up with a lot consideration and pompt and circumstance. Then they were put to a vote, by a party of 2, Dale and Mick and were adopted. The vote went "Dale, I came up with this trophy and wrote these rules up. What you think?" Dale said "looks like you put a lot of thought into it, sure let's go with it"

Rules for the coveted "Aluminum Burrito"

2 Teams - Mopar ltd and the Buffalo Mafia.  we have room for 2 more teams if you are interested. We can fit another team or an "Outlaw" group on the trophy.

Winner is determaned by who wins the most rounds in an event. If there is a tie than it will be decided by the best light in the last round.

The Winner gets to choose the next race by a call out.

You must have at least 2 racers from each team to be able to call it a race.

It has to be chosen within 1 year of the last winner, and you can have multiple races for it within the event. aka: a gamblers race and then it could be in the main event.

The winner gets to retain the trophy until the next call out.

The teams will have thier names on the trophy. Each side will have the notch for the races that, that team won.

The winner of the event will put his name on the trophy along with a notch. Winners name will appear next to the notch.
